From Hauptbahnhof (HBF - main train station) takes about 25 mins. From the Flughafen (Airport) takes about 25 mins.

 

Take the U-Bahn "U9" from the "Hauptbahnhof (HBF - main train station) in the direction of Hedelfingen.  Get off at Hedelfinger Str. "Kodak"
 
From the Flughafen (Airport) it will take you about 25 mins by car/taxi. You can also take the S-Bahn to the main station and change there to the U9.
